Race Directors, send me anything you have. Thanks.

There is nothing hard about the 100 miles a week I do. Almost anyone could do it. The hard part is making yourself roll out of bed in the morning and start running. George Young, 4 time Olympian.

Don’t wait to run. Run now! If you wait for better conditions, you won’t get many runs in.

The will to win is nothing without the will to prepare.
